Little do they know, the caller, 13 year old Thad Phillips, is two hours away from death due to internal bleeding, in the house of a school mate. In the early morning hours of July 29, 1995, 13-year-old Thad Phillips is kidnapped by seventeen-year old Joe Clark, a local boy who has snuck into the Phillips' house.
